Effective November 1, 2018 adoption fees will increase by $5-$25 to help cover the rising costs of animal care. If you have been thinking about getting a pet, October will be a great time to make a new addition to your family and save money. The changes will be as follows:
Dogs
- Adult: $100 to $125 + $9.84 tax
- Puppy: $100 to $125 (refundable deposit remains $50) + $13.78 tax
- Senior (7+ years): $50 to $55 + $4.33 tax
Cats
- Adult: $75 to $100 + $7.88 tax
- Kitten: $75 to $100 (refundable deposit remains $50) + $11.81 tax
- Senior (7+ years): $35 to $40 + $3.15 tax
